Everything we do is built on one proprietary methodology: the RISE Framework. KuzaHub was founded by Lucia Mwashala - a broadcast journalist, visibility strategist, and institution builder who spent a decade in media before building the institution she could not find anywhere else.

Based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, Lucia brings a storyteller's instinct to the work of strategic visibility — helping professionals and organisations communicate their value with precision and authority. Her background spans broadcast journalism, documentary production, and corporate media.
She is the founder of KuzaHub, a strategic visibility institution delivering coaching, consultancy, corporate training, and youth development programmes across East Africa. She is also the founder of the Women of Influence Forum — a Pan-African institution advancing accomplished professional women through curated community, mentorship, and leadership programmes.
All of KuzaHub's work is anchored in the RISE Framework — a proprietary methodology developed by Lucia from lived professional experience.
