Where it started
KuzaHub launched with Female Nurture: Campus to Career - equipping 45 young women with personal branding, professional positioning, and job-seeking skills across two cohorts. 29 graduated. For many, it was the first time anyone said: your talent is not the problem, your positioning is.

Going deeper, going earlier
Empower 360 launched at the University of Dar es Salaam in partnership with UDPSA. We equipped 100+ students with mindset, entrepreneurship, personal branding, and digital literacy - so by graduation they already knew how to show up.

Expanding to organisations
KuzaHub expanded into consultancy and corporate training - delivering strategic communication, personal branding, and visibility workshops to climate-focused institutions, international bodies, and youth programmes.

A new chapter
We formalised the RISE Framework, launched Executive Visibility Coaching, and convened the Women of Influence Forum - KuzaHub's Pan-African flagship community for accomplished professional women.
