WIF exists because across East Africa, the most qualified women in their industries are still among the least recognised. Not because they lack talent. Because they have never been given the infrastructure to translate their expertise into the kind of influence that opens doors, shapes industries, and creates lasting impact.
WIF provides that infrastructure through monthly Influence Roundtables featuring Pan-African speakers, paid leadership programmes, peer mentorship, quarterly in-person convenings, and the annual WIF Awards.
